I haven't bought a car from anyone besides Denis since 1989. Dennis is a good friend. I will never own a car bought from anyone else besides Bergeron unless I am financially unable to or Bergeron no longer exists. I always recommend them because Dennis is a good man, a good friend, and he takes care of people. I have never had a problem with their service, and everything works fine after I get service done there.

"Phenomenal service recommendations."

Bergeron Volvo is excellent, and I give them the highest possibly ratings in service. After using them for about 3 years I recently went to the service adviser and told him that I love my car, I get great gas mileage, and in order to keep it that way I want him to do anything he can think of to enhance my vehicle. Their service recommendations have always been phenomenal, and so I trust what they say to me.

The dealership is very truthful in the approach and presentations of their products. I have always been impressed with their integrity. The only, very occasional problem it that I may have to wait overnight for them to get a part in. That is the only thing I have ever encountered with them that could be an issue. I have had absolutely no difficulties in working with them.

"Very good experience because of the personal service of the service representatives."

The best thing about Bergeron Volvo is that the service representative, Peter, has been there for awhile. I have even purchased cars from him. He is very knowledgeable, and takes care of his customers. Peter will get you in when you need to get in. I've used other service representatives as backup, and they were fine, but Peter is very good.

I have purchased 4 Volvos with them, so I have been using them since the early 1990s, and the service is good. They provide a loaner car, which is very important, and the hours are fine. The ladies know customers' names when they come in. The clerical staff is good. Bergeron Volvo is dependable.
